Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing. Exchange & launder bed and bath linens using your own equipment. Two sets of linens and towels are provided for this purpose.
- Ensure all dwellings are cared for and inspected according to quality standards.
- Protect equipment and supplies, and perform inventory.
- Notify superiors if any damages, deficits and disturbances are found.
- Deal with reasonable requests with professionalism and patience.
- Check stocking levels of all supplies and replace when appropriate.
- Source consumables and stock prior to guest stays as requested.
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
- Ability to work with no supervision while maintaining a high level of performance.
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Work quickly without compromising quality
- Knowledge of American Sign Language preferred

Groundskeeper
Responsibilities
- Routinely check camp for security issues. Report any issues regarding security concerns or damage to the relevant persons.
- Insure that lighting, water and HVAC systems are operational as appropriate to protect the grounds and drive energy efficiency and conservation.
- Routinely check camp for cleanliness priorities.
- Report any issues regarding cleanliness issues, damage, repair needs, or other issues to the relevant persons.
- Insure grounds are clean, grass areas are mowed, snow is removed, and trash is removed.
- Schedule needed repairs with contractors when approved.
- Complete simple maintenance on routine issues such as light bulb replacements and other minor repairs.
